Double Rich Limited was jointly founded by China Marine Bunker Supply Co., Ltd(Chimbusco) and COSCO Shipping International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd (stock code: 00517) in 1986. It is based in Hong Kong and has a registered capital of HK $88 million. Chimbusco holds 82% shares while COSCO Shipping International (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd holds 18% shares.

Double Rich Co., Ltd. is positioned as the overseas financing center, settlement center and investment center of Chimbusco; it also conducts fuel supply, trade and other business. The company’s core business falls into two sections: bonded oil business in China, and marine fuel supply & trade in Hong Kong. The company currently has two subsidiaries, it holds 55% shares of Chimbusco Pan Nation Holding(HK) Limited and 50% shares of Dong Lian Petroleum Co., Ltd.
